Start of Classes Blues
Classes are starting again and my son, Aidan, will be in grade one. This means that he will in school the whole day and my husband I will have our hands full with the preparation and routine. Here are some concerns I have regarding this new chapter in our life He will have to wake up really early. Flag ceremony starts at 645am so he needs to be in school before. then. He needs to bathe, dress up and eat breakfast before he is picked up by the school bus at 5:50am. This means he has to be up by 5am. He needs his 8 hours of sleep so we need to adjust his sleeping time from 1030pm to 9pm at the latest. He will arrive from school at 430pm, rest for an hour then he has to do his homework and studying for 1 hour then dinner and sleep. If he has his Kumon (1 hour) on that day, he will only have 1 hour of downtime before he sleeps for the night. Since he will wake up at 5am, we need to be up before that, maybe at 4am, to prepare his baon. Unli
