Emergency situations when you are not home

Image
I have a six year old boy and an 18-month old toddler. My husband and I are out of the house most of the day due to work and business. It is only the helper/yaya that takes care of the kids during daytime. One of the many worries I have are, what if there is an emergency? what if one of my children gets into an accident, like fall off the stairs, choke while eating something, etc. I know I should be more positive but these things could happen. We can always hope for the best, but isn't it better if we prepare for the worse? I don't want to be the mom that will blame the helpers for what will happen because ultimately, we are to blame also. Aside from continuously reminding our children to be more careful and the helpers  to always watch the kids, what can we do? Below is a list of things/reminders that I think are important so I can have peace of mind when I am leaving the kids  alone with the helpers at home. Provide your helper with Emergency Contact Numbers
